Matt was a great help. He was very transparent with his pricing and thorough with his explanation of what needs to be done with my car. I’ll definitely be back again!

Terrible customer service !!! I went in to get my spark plugs changed and got back a car that turned off on me in the middle of the road!!! I went to back the next day and they kept claiming it was an alternator issue once I clarified it’s impossible or else I would need to jump start the vehicle if it was, they said they will “take another look at it”. Got the car back and didn’t have any issues after that but for the price I paid it ridiculous how I had to go back and they still wanted to charge me for something that wasn’t even an issue. I’m definitely going to report this to the Better Business Bureau!! This place is too overpriced! Save your money because only thing this place guarantees is a headache!

I can't recommend Tunex enough! They consistently provide top notch service with honesty and transparency, always explaining repairs clearly and ensuring I understand the costs involved. Their skilled technician quickly diagnosed my F-250 issues and completed the work efficiently, leaving me confident in my vehicle's performance. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and truly puts the customer first - a rare find in auto repair! Without a doubt, this is the only place I'll take my car for maintenance and repairs.

Best find in Anaheim!!!! Even though they’ve been there just recently, I believe they’re the best place to go to get your vehicle fixed!! Thanks to Nio and everyone in Tunex my car is running great 👍🏻 Service is Top Rated, Prices is below and very competitive to others out there, lastly they show you the problem and they even let you see it before deciding to get it fix!! Now that’s Excellent Service!!! If you live around this place you should go and get your vehicle fix here. I’m not just saying this, I’m saying this because I don’t really like giving reviews and this place deserves to be recognized in the neighborhood!!! Thank you Nio, Matt and all of their Technicians working there!!!

Great little spot to take your car in for maintenance. They are friendly and very patient in explaining the service they are providing. Also they do what they say they are going to do. I double checked they changed filters and my tire rotation. The waiting are is small but there is a doughnut shop and a small shopping center right next door while you wait. I would recommend this place is you are looking for a good maintenance place.
